Whether your company is allowing you to work from home, or you have found freelance work at home jobs, there are some basic tips you will need to do to be successful and make it a benefit for everyone, including your family.

When you are in your office working, you should be focused on work and not playing with the children or dog. The family should respect that you have work to do, even though you are at home.
2. Try to structure your work and stick to a schedule of some kind when you work at home. It may be to busy to get sidetracked and not get work done before deadlines because of distractions, or too much freedom to do other things.
3. While it is a great way for stay at home parents to make extra money, try to schedule your work at home jobs at times when the children will be at school or asleep so they won’t feel lacking of attention and you won’t be so distracted.
4. Don’t let the children use the office room as a playroom, or play on your computer. They should have a separate area and their own computer so that you don’t lose important work or data.
5. Plan mealtime preparation to be less distracting from your work. Look for easy preparation, oven preparations or crock-pot preparations that don’t require you to spend too much time in the kitchen, especially if you are a work at home freelancer that is paid on production. You can still make nice meals and be there to take them out of the oven, turn them on low, or whatever you need to do.
By following these simple tips, you will find that work from home jobs are the best way to balance professional and personal issues, and bring more money to the household.

"If a company requires initial payment from you in order to work for them, they are not legitimate."
There are a few legitimate data entry companies but are not hiring and have large waiting lists (1-2yrs). The majority of data entry jobs you seen online are scams. A real company will want you to have skills inc fast typing, may want you to know MS Excel, and will usually ask that you have high speed internet. Once in a long while you may found one online on a job website but thats rare.
If you do an advanced search on yahoo, you will find previous answers, sometimes the info on these is good as the info they gave is likely to have been verified if the answer was voted as 'Best'.

nvm but how old do i have to be?
I'm not even sure what your point is??
Been Looking for a while now, thanks for this
Great system. Works for me
you're generalizing and being judgemental not all illegals are like this. sure some are lazy and some are hard working, just like everyone else in the world.
Not at all. If you paid $500,000 for your house and it's now worth $300,000 a couple years later, how would that be a benefit?
Sure, people who sold during the height of the bubble would benefit. But me, I rent a house, so it did nothing for me. I have a 401K plan that went from a projected $1.3 million at retirement to $350,000 last time I checked. The company I work for did well last year and I got a decent Christmas bonus, but this year we've had 3 months of losses.
Your question asks if EVERYONE benefited in one way or another. I saw very little benefit and the damage I've suffered as a result of the bubble collapse far outweighs any benefit I received.
PS – I suppose I'm lucky I rent, because I avoided the potential for another major loss by not owning.
Do they pay by check?
I understand that you don't want to go back to school right now, but let me just put this out there in case you change your mind.
Most colleges will happily hire a person with "some college" to do office work. Amongst the benefits most colleges and universities offer their employees is free or reduced cost tuition. That means you could work full time and go to school at night, one class at a time. That is how I got through my degree, and doing one or two classes a semester seems slow at first, but I think I got a lot more out of my classes, I certainly enjoyed them more, and a college degree provides you with a much higher income than not having that degree.
One of the other fantastic things about working for a college or university is that they tend to have fantastic health care, usually at a reduced cost. That would be good for you because a better health plan will mean that insurance covers a higher percentage of your costs.
Also, the vacation is pretty terrific.
The pay isn't fantastic when you work at a College or University, but it is better than what you are getting.
Check out the local College and see if they are hiring, what they pay, what health insurance they provide and if they offer tuition remission!
